GGG Help please I’m missing my 600 points

I bought the game last night, the 60 dollar valued keypads.

When I logged in to my new account, I tried to get some stash tabs as they were on sale.

I realized shortly after that my in game 600 coins didn’t populate yet so I figured maybe the server would need time to update (I’m not a IT guy I don’t know haha). Either way I did t panic and said to myself I’m sure it will register soon with the system.

I got to level 32 before the server shut down for a reset/patch. So I went to sleep thinking it should be loaded up by tomorrow.

I logged in whe. I woke up and I’m still missing my 600 points.

Is there anything I can do to make them populate ? Did I do something wrong ?

Same thing happend to me, in my case I bought the 600 pack , then we played couch co op where I logged in first and other player logged in second so I could have the left side of the screen.
I could log in like I had bought EA but no points, turns out they were still on the original account but we have leveled and bought $100 worth of MTX now on the second account, not sure what to do.

Same thing happens here.
Bought 200 points with transaction went through( transaction history shown in my psn), but couldnt receive them, either in game or web.

if you are still missing points (like the hundreds of similar threads here, if you had searched, which have solutions) the workaround is to go to the in-game store and click on the option to buy more points.

this should cause your account to sync and ought to update your points total after a small delay.

Email support directly support@grindinggear.com and let them know of your issue.

Provide your account name and date time of purchase if you can.
