Can I deactivate quest buffs?

I am currently at lvl 44 in poe2 and thought about building a meme build with Doryani's Prototype Scale Mail and because i got every quest item Till now I am pretty Sure that there were some Boni to lightning res.

Is there a way to deactivate These to get my lightning resistence lower?
