Cpu spikes randomly appears after a month of playing

hi, i'm having a really weird cpu issue, wich happens in poe 1, poe 2 ands even in games menus.

the game froze for 1-2 sec (happens even in menus) resulting with a cpu spike on the graph.

Sometimes just rebooting seems to work for a few hours then the spikes comes back, and it's not working every time.
It has nothing to do with the heat of my computer because it could happen even on a computer launch and cpu and gpu aren't overheating especially.


Specs : ASUS tuf gaming b550+, amd r5 5600x, rx 6800 founders and seasonic focus gx-750 for alim, playing on 2560x1440 resolution, windows 10 os.

my problem suddenly appeared two days ago, nothing changed regarding to game settings, no windows or graphic updates.

Other thing is if i play on windowed mode i don't have any issue, it appears to be only in full screen, wich is kinda weird, also if i lower resolution it seems to work fine...)

Obviously i don't have any issues with others games(launched valheim and kingdom come deliverance for instance).

Edit : the game isn't crashing when spikes comes out, just unplayable.
