Can't gain permanent rewards from cruel act 3

I realized i hadn't gotten all the permanent rewards yet so i got the missing ones in order, and when i got to cruel act 3 it looked like i had none (maybe only visual). I can't remember which i have claimed. But when i did the bosses i didn't get any. I saw someone else writing about this in the forum aswell.
