Map doesn't count as complete

Killed all monsters, map shows 0 monster remaining, yet there is no "map complete" line nor can i continue my path to the next map in atlas

Thinking about it now, i don't remember killing a single rare mob on this map on my second attempt

Map was Deserted, it was my second attempt at beating it, used same waystone level.
