Game freeze on loading screen

Can game freezing for PoE2 be finally fixed? Game will freeze permamently on loading screens when using portals etc. If coligation is not lowered in Task Manager the game will straight up freeze my whole computer since for some reason usage of CPU goes to 100% on loading screens. The only way to prevent the freezing of whole computer is to disable cores from Task Manager, in my opinion disabling 4 out of 16 gives enough room to kill the task. But you cant do it on the start of the game, since game will simply not load first location if not given 100% of CPU cores. Issue is even more nonsense since my rig is on high end and there is simply no logical reason for game to freeze.

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: 4070 Ti SUPER

Its been like this since EA launch and its getting unbearable when playing campain from scratch since there are a lot of locations to load between there, it goes to passable on 3rd where locations are huge and take some time.

I switched from DX12 to Vulkan, same thing.

Try searching for PoE2 uncrasher, works for me
