Consistent game crash with delirium mirror + boss arena

Delirium mobs spawned inside of boss arena as i walked past it, did not enter as i wanted to complete the rest of the map first. In the process the delirium mirror ended, and as i walked back to the arena my game crashes as it approaches, this crash has happened 4 times at the same location close to the arena in the map specifically.
