Technical Support (Path of Exile 1) - Constant random crashes to steam - Forum

I'm using a 4080 gpu 7700x cpu, 32gb of ram. Sometimes I can play the game for hours with no kicks to steam, other times it will crash every 5-10 minutes... I am new to PC gaming and have absolutely no clue how to diagnose this issue... I have verified game files, performed a windows memory check but other than that I do not know what to do. Can anyone help me out or confirm that I am not alone in this issue? I'm starting to worry it is an issue on my end... Please help! Same problem here on PC and Steam. CPU temperature is 45 degrees, GPU is between 60-70 degrees. I can play for an hour or two and then it crashes. Very often the crash comes when changing between instances like portal to town etc or when engaging in combat with mobs and a lot of stuff is happening on screen. This happens only when I play POE2. I don`t know if this is a STEAM problem or a problem with the game itselfs. The game also is very laggy during gameplay. Latency is around 5-10ms here and my FPS is 120. But once I engange mobs and stuff happens it starts to LAG and I can see an significant drop in my FPS, from 120 down to 40. I have a Nvidia Geforce GTX 3060 12GB. Shouldnt be a problem. The gameplay just doesent feel SMOOTH. I can play Diablo 4 for hours without ANY problems, no crashes, FPS is good and no LAG. Its just smooth. But this POE2 gameplay is frustrating relating to the things mentioned above. I read that many players have the same problems with randomly crashes while gaming. This was not a problem around the release of EA POE2. It appears for me for about 2 weeks ago, then the crashes started. Are GGG on the problem or what?
