Life Remnents and Cast on crit bug

I am using A life leech blood mage cast on crit build, but for some reason after a couple of seconds of playing the game at all both my life remnants and cast on crit just straight up deactivate. Not a major bug for most i would assume, but it absolutely make my build useless. I literally can barely map properly because I am constantly going into my gem page to take out and place back in a gem just for them to turn off again in a matter of seconds. This build also should in theory be extremely good but the ability to get over 1k life with the items I am using is literally impossible, (whilst energy shield mains getting over 20k sheild without even really trying.) These items being mask of sanguimancy, carnage heart, couture of crimson, and atziris acuity. I also am using whisper of the brotherhood if that might cause the bug, but I doubt its important. when looking at these items and blood mage ascendency you would think the devs knew exactly what they were doing with this specific build, but unfortunately it is about 1/10 compared to how it looked on paper. Anyways that is not the point of the bug report at all. The two skills don't seem to want to work together (literally), maybe there is another issue behind them not working together that I can see. Hope this thread gets seen, as i really don't want to farm gold to reset a build, when I spent so damn long theory crafting when and how to make it work properly. (I am not the smartest poe player in the maps lol) I am using Spark, comet in the cast on crit, conductivity, mana tempest, and eye of winter, and of course life remnants if that helps with the fixing of this bug. I think i figured out the root of the bug. When i pick up about like 5 life remnents that is when it just turns off my cast on crit, and most likely any other buff if i had any others. Still not 100% sure, please fix this soon so i can properly kill bosses

Also only just realized that mana tempest also is just completely screwed with this asswell. The tempest literally just doesn't spawn in, and therefore doesn't even give you the buff. still takes some of my hp away when I cast it.

Nevermind it is literally just life remnants that is the root of the bug. like i said i am not the smartest poe player... anyways ya life remnants is super bugged literally removes all player buffs
