Game crashes when loading a character.

I was playing one of my characters and when I right-clicked on an item the game crashed. When I try playing that character the load screen comes up and then the game freezes and crashes. I am able to login with a different character. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game as well. Any help is appreciated.

Update: I'm no longer able to login to my other character as it freezes and crashes as soon as I hit Play.
