Omen of Whittling not removing lowest tier mods as intended and bricking items

I just used an Omen of Whittling, which is supposed to remove the lowest level modifier from the item when using your next Chaos Orb.
The lowest level mod was T4 (reduced chill duration). However, despite the Omen being active, and being consumed, my Chaos Orb removed a T5 modifier (+# to Intelligence) In the attached images you can see the item before and after, as well as the chat message that the Omen was consumed. Please fix this. Your support policy states that lost items can't be restored, but since mine wasn't lost, I would appreciate it if it could be rolled back to the way it was before. Lowest level modifier does not refer to the tier in the tooltip, it refers to the item level or iLvl of the modifier, you can find the item levels of your modifiers on the db website

" Yeah I entirely agree, it also doesn't show you anywhere in-game how to actually tell what lowest is, which I think should change, I just like you thought it was the lowest tier for awhile until I saw a trade video explaining how it works |
