Quest to Continue into Act 3 was not given

My game crashed as I defeated the final boss in Act 2 Cruel difficulty. When opening game again the quest to speak to Asala back at the Caravan was never given. I have since defeated the boss multiple times and the quest has not yet been given. I can no longer advance campaign.

I have the same issue with act3(hard). It is just empty without any waypoint nor quests after finishing Act2 (hard). Is there a way to reset?
