A crown of stone - Grotto will not open on cruel

It says to enter the titan grotto at the Clasped entry, but is not accessible when I get there. I've cleared area a few times and no luck.

Same for me. Grotto was open, but then I tp'ed out and when I went back to the Grotto it was closed. I was not able to open it again.
