Trial of the sekhema Zarokh attacking after death bug

I killed Zarokh as he was doing/starting his attack where he spins around shooting many projectiles, with the traps on the floor, after he died the attack continued and killed me.

PS not sure if it's a bug but, glowing orb didn't work on the attack that put me under 20% max hp. (maybe because it killed me)
I have chaos inoculation so I would've died to the bugged attack regardless. (Please make Glowing Orb restore mana for mind over matter builds :] )

...I still have honor, and the boon was not consumed.

Just died to the same bug, he died and kept shooting. Why????
