Supporter pack missing Dominus Statue hideout decoration??

I have the Thaumaturge of the Vaal supporter pack and I have the other 2 statues but the Dominus one doesn't appear for me. Anyone else have this issue? Also while we're here... how do I use the Forum titles?

Still the same problem, it's been going on for a long time, zero fixes, and they even broke the canoe
