Headhunter Buff does not count as a buff

Chronomancer's Ascendency point "Buff Expiry rate" says "Buffs on you expire 10%" but does not interact the buff given by Headhunter. The buff still has the same 20 seconds duration.
Not sure if this is a bug or just intended. I am a very sad Chronomancer :( Last bumped on Jan 18, 2025, 8:05:33 PM

This is intended, buff icons have a green border. Headhunter doesn't provide buffs.
