Lost 20 points from sending it to the guild

Dear Path Of Exile2,

First I donated 10 points which did not show up in the guild currency.
Second time I tried to donate 10 more and my game crashed... :,(

I lost 20 points from sending it to the guild.

Is there any chance in this world that you guys would be able to help me and fix this problem?

If you are not the guild leader, the points won't show in the guild until the guild leader accepts your donation. He/She has to go accept them from the guild page here in this website (I don't have the link you'll have to look for it). If the points aren't accepted in 48 hours, they will go back to you.
