Arbiter crashed, portals gone but got my fragments back

I fought against the arbiter but since the build gets crazy laggy against bosses my game crashed and when I came back online all portals were gone but I had the fragments back in my inventory so I assume the instance somehow had a rollback or something.

I went in again (since I didnt die and did not get any loot so I figured its fine) and it worked fine afterwards.

If you are using Choir of the Storm. Seems Choir of the Storm is causing some type of bug with forced phases and some type of infinite loop of cast on crit. The solution is as the boss is about to die you have to weapon swap and have the spell tied to the amulet disabled for weapon swap 2!
