Infinite loading screens

Often when I enter a loading screen it just lasts infinitely things I tried to solve this problem are:
Updating my graphics and other drivers
Downgrading from windows11 24H2 to 23H2
Using DirectX11 And Vulkan
Disabling Multithreading
Opening the game as admin
Switching the game from HDD to SSD
Completely resetting my computer
Switching from Nvidia DLSS to NIS (this seemed to help a bit)
I am using a RTX3060 gpu with intel I3 12300 32Gb of ram
any help would be lovely I dont wanna close and open the game everytime I enter a loading screen

This is for Path of exile 2 BTW
