Due to server issue, lost all inventory

While doing stone citadel, I killed the boss and got citadel drops. After completing map I opened breach and while on it my MS went above 50k for no reason and game stopped. After waiting 1-2 mins I wanted to relog and once Ive done it, all my inventory and drops are deleted.
