POE2 LOW orb dropping (close to 0) How do I get off whatever list I'm on?

Made an old thread on this about an obscenely low orb drop rate. (Level 74 Currently and on maps) and have probably had less than 20 Aug drop in my entire time playing this character.

I queued in with a friend for a map and immediately drops went up to what he called "normal" which was like 4 augmentation, 1 chaos, and a Vaal. ON A SINGLE MAP

I'm aware of what looks like a normal drop rate for the currency in this game and my experience is completely different so far.

browsing around the forums and Reddit this is not an uncommon problem and the feedback has been that I must have got on some list where my drops are limited.

the solution proposed was to email support@grindinggear.com and let them know and they can help with getting that resolved. Fair enough.

although, when I emailed GGG it took about a month to respond and what I got was a copypasta about not having the staffing for email support and a link to various support resources via the website and forums. things like "have you tried resetting your network and rebooting your computer" so super simple stuff that has nothing to do with the issue I'm experiencing and showed that they didn't even read my email. (which I do understand as this is a huge launch)

I replied back on this note and am currently waiting for a response back but haven't heard anything for a couple days so far.

since one of the pieces of advice was to post on the forum "if i have a technical issue" that is what is bringing me back here.

Has anyone else experienced this so far in POE2? How/did you get it resolved? I've obviously spend money so far so I'm trying to make sure I don't lose that if I need to make another account or something.. Really unfortunate.
