Account lock since December 11

My main account was lock on Dec 11 2024,

Sent an email to support, got an automated reply on Dec 23 and since then nothing at all.

I have to play and share with my son account at the moment.

I understand it was holiday season but man almost 4 weeks since original email was sent...............
