Can not buy stash tab

I cant buy stash tab becuase there is nothing in my shop and i cant log in to web site through ps5 it says too many request and i came another day and it still says the same

If your purchased coins aren't yet showing up on your account, can you please try opening the in-game shop to see if this helps to refresh your account entitlements? If this doesn't help, please also try opening the in-game shop using the Path of Exile 1 client to see if that can resolve the issue.

So i open the shop in game and there is nothing there to buy i can see my coins i have 300 then i came to the web site it says unavailable to buy go the shop in the game

Are you able to change the sub-account you're using on the website, to ensure you're using the sub-account that has the points?

I only have one account and its my first timeplaying poe games and i started with the poe2
