Simulacrum Splinter Disappeared

I was using controller to play, and I found out when I pressed Y to transfer my simulacrum splinter to the stash, it’s disappeared. Then I took out the simulacrum splinter from the stash and try to put in back again, it’s disappeared as well, there’s around 80-100pcs….. anyone happen before?
