Unlink Steam Account!

Is there a way to unlink the Steam account or is it just from contacting support by email.

Because 2 damn weeks ago I sent an email and I haven't received a single response
That is something simple to do that takes 1 minute to do, it's just a matter of clicking a button, if you're so lazy to do these things then add that the players themselves do it on their own.

I want to add my Steam account to Poe's new account and be able to buy early access and at this rate it's not going to happen...

And I don't want a generic response to all the posts and don't ignore me either

Accidentally linked accounts and lost all my chars back on Dec 5th. Got one reply stating they could look into it but needed STEAM/Char information back on the 7th, supplied all info and haven't heard anything back. Characters still gone. Sent a reply email just asking if any progress had been made. No response at all.

I just want access to my chars, Hideout, and MTX to play with for PoE2.
You are dealing with a large volume of queries? but at what rate, 1 email per day? is there only 1 person in charge? or are you just taking it easy.

It is impossible that 2-3 or more weeks and no response is received for something so simple, that we have to depend on support for this....

Surely if it was a big streamer or important player you would be giving him an answer in a minute.

I hope that with what you are generating now you will invest it all in support...
Yup same, now when they atleast unlinked my steam account and when I tried to link it, as I had already started playing it created another account along side my original POE 1 account. So still cant use my tabs/MTX, nothing in POE 2.

They really need to add a button to link and unlink steam account rather than going through the support tickets.
