Cast on Dodge and Spark not proccing Cast on Shock stacks

I have temporalis with Cast on Dodge linked with Spark.

It shocks enemies, as I can see the little shock icon with the percent under the enemies, but it's not counting towards my Cast on Shock.

My idea was to blink around everywhere and have Spark auto cast, when then triggers Lightning Conduit.

Doesn't work though.. only if I self cast spark it counts towards the Cast on Shock %

yeah, same issue.

so 3 months later.. still same issue. Is this game being worked on ?

I just tested all the "cast on" spirit gems.
In fact not a single one works with temporalis cast on dodge spark.
