Performance Problems

-I can't set dx12 or Vulkan. When I use them, the FPS locks at 24-1 FPS. When I switch to dx11, there is stuttering in FPS every time I attack, with FPS jumping between 5 to 70+. I can't engage large groups of monsters. I've tried various methods from the internet, but none have provided a permanent fix.

There was one method I tried that worked but only once. I deleted the ShaderCache file located in %APPDATA%/Path of Exile 2. It worked the first time, and I was able to use dx12 to play the game smoothly without any annoying stuttering. It was great.

However, the next day I couldn't use dx12 again, and the problem returned. I tried deleting the file again, but this time it didn't work. I did everything the same way, but it still didn’t solve the issue.

I felt really sad the next day because I had played the game with the issue resolved, but now it's back.
