Raise Spectre - lost my itemized corpses

I had just finished a bossfight and wanted to change out one of my spectres. My 5 were raised with itemized corpses. How they usually work is that they spawn their corpse as soon as the gem is lifted from gear.
After my fight, no corpses spawned, so I changed area as I've read that the information is still saved. Outside of bossroom - nothing. Hideout - nothing.
That's 5 not very cheap corpses right there. :/

I had:
Perfect Hydra
Judgemental Spirit
Perfect Serpent Warrior
Perfect Primal Demiurge
Perfect Hulking Miscreation (not sure if it was Hulking Miscreation)
