Quiver not working correctly with controller

For some reason it’s fine with keyboard and mouse but with controller having the quiver equipped with a bow is not working correctly and says it cannot be used therefore anyone playing on console or controller cannot get maximum benefits from equipping two quivers and two bows, putting the quiver in slot 2 seems to work but having another in 1 does not work.
I saw posts about this bug when it originally came out I’m surprised nothing has been done about it considering console players don’t have a work around at all. Last bumped on Jan 6, 2025, 10:31:59 AM

that's not what is happenign here. i am having the same issue. i have a crossbow as my weapon set 1. my weapon set 2 is a bow and a quiver, but the quiver will not work. it is red. using a gamepad. i meet the requirements with passives for both bow and crossbow with my passives. im wayyy over requirements for both.
