Sol Scarab Solar Amulet bug

Hi, I am wearing the Solar amulet but if I took it off or change to others, there are an annoying noise and my skill will suddenly disappear. Does anyone has this problem too and Does anyone know how to fix this ?
P.S. I'm playing infernalist Demon form.
