Game Froze inside Citadel

300 f hours to find a third citadel (Stone Citadel).
Enter boss room, a minute of fighting Boss, game freezes, like disconnected/bad internet. Press esc, try relog, doesnt work.

Check internet, working.

Alt F4. Open game back again, working, try to enter Citadel map, loads, failed to connect to instance.
After the third or forth try, game freezes (but I can still type in chat) and the Entering Citadel message on screen still shows....

Relog. Map simply gone.
