Lightning Rod bug

I used an Uncut Support Gem II to look at something and when I came back the ability disappeared even though I have it equipped and have the requirements to use it. I also noticed that if I scroll down the skill information (the right arrow in the Skills menu) what appears is the information of another skill, in this case Voltaic Mark.

I've already tried to reload and restart the game but the skill still doesn't appear.
