If you purchased something from offical website, some things are not yet added to PoE 2. For example, stash tabs, we only got a few right now and some are still in work. If you're completely sure that it should be available in PoE 2, contact GGG support directly, you will get it eventually.

Same thing happened to me, i purchesed a waypoint skin, they took the money, but i recieved nothing.
Contacted support they dont answer...no refunds....no item |
