unable to use last 10 points in Weapon set 1

I've tried to unequip all gear/gems/jewels but still i cannot put a point in the jewel socket as shown in the picture. I can put points in all the other nodes around the Dex node, but not the Jewel Socket node..

Not sure if its intentional but it seems like your not able to choose jewel sockets when choosing weapon set points.. kinda odd

This is my guess, it is not possible for jewel sockets due to being able to change from Weapon set 1 to Weapon set 2.
Weapon set 2 could maybe not have the jewel socket, as such the jewel would need to be un equipped. |
