Cannot start Acendancy trial ( Bug, possibly? )

As title says, I can't start the trial in act 2 with my newly build lightning ranger yesterday. I've defeated Balba or whatever her name is, got the coin, talked to the girls at the caravan to proceed with the quest, traveled to the trial location via the desert map but once I try to click on one of the 2 entrances to the map the map simply isn't loading. Nothing happens. ( I did the trial with 6 other characters without any problems at all. ) My character is lvl 33 already and I'm almost done with act 2 but still without an acendancy class thanks to this.

Update : Oddly enough after entering act 3 I've went back to act 2 and tried again and this time finally the map loaded up and the quest seems to progress.
