I am writing this post because I have been unable to contact you via the email on your side, as I have been waiting for a long time.

My account has been blocked, and I was instructed to contact the GGG support team. At the same time, I received an email stating that my account had been refunded for the Thauma support package worth 90 USD. There must be some misunderstanding, as I have no intention of refunding this package. If there was an error with the purchase, please kindly reach out to me so I can pay the difference.

Previously, I purchased the OverLord package and upgraded directly to the 90 USD Thauma package based on the benefits offered by the developers. I suspect that my account was blocked due to the automatic refund of the Thauma package. I sincerely hope to resolve this issue and compensate for the difference in any way possible to avoid any further complications that led to my account being locked. I truly hope to be able to pay the difference through the system so that my account can be unlocked. Please kindly message me directly and guide me on how I can resolve this issue.

I sent an email from your side a long time ago but still haven't received a response. send emails to support which dont provide u with ticket number even.. sending emails to nowhere, like a hall without end


minimum what was expected from ggg is to say that yes u had issue with hackers instead of hidden behind copy past templates about sending tickets

Today, I just received the first email from them, which included the account name along with 4-digit numbers and a few character names. I feel quite scared, as it seems I might be in your position, waiting for months like this.It seems like an automated email from them
