Old accounts linked can't update for trade

I played poe1 years ago , my old account was linked and I tried linking my new ps5 account and poe account it has told me they are connected but it doesn't show my poe2 linked characters or account. I'm unable to trade because of this is there a way it can be fixed .

Same problem here on Xbox.

Well I'm glad it's not just me hopefully they'll do something about it. Because it really sucks that I can't trade
