Anyone else having aura issues?

I have enough spirit to have Withering Presence, Blasphemy and Grim Feast on but nothing they're not. My Scepter also has Malice and it also not showing. I've unequipped everything and put it back, restarted the game, changed weapons on and off, lowered the abilities level and nothing has worked. My build runs on the auras so I haven't been able to play without them.
