The post may be short, but I would like to point out the problem that is currently occurring and I think that it bothers players VERY much. When writing an email to support, you receive almost no response. now I'm waiting for 2 weeks for an explanation of my problem with microtransactions, I asked for one stupid wing refund and there is no help :/

Imagine the lack of introspection that would be required to spend your spare time telling people they’ve posted in the wrong section of some company's forum, only to then try accusing someone else of brown-nosing.
