Hexblast + Impending Doom (via Blasphemy) is not working

Steps to reprodude:
1. Blasphemy + Curse + Impending Doom
2. Hexblast

Impending Doom does not deal damage upon Hexblast consuming (and therefore expiring) the curse when the curse is applied via Blasphemy.

Works fine when manually applying the curse and then using Hexblast. Then the curse is consumed and Impedning Doom triggers as expected.

if you read the text on impending doom it says it applies to curses you cast, which means it doesn't apply with Blasphemy.
