Mirror of delirium disappeared

I used waystone tier 15 with instilled emotion .
The original map has mirror of delirium The mirror doesnt spawn after going in Last bumped on Jan 8, 2025, 12:16:03 PM

same thing just happened to me, map node had a delirium mirror, put in a waystone with instilled ire but when I entered the map there was no delirium mirror. Scoured the whole map to make sure.
