BlackJaw in Cruel Difficulty - No Core fire res reward

Worked fine in normal difficulty however in cruel I froze and destroyed the body and nothing dropped from him.. Shows as completed but no fire res buff.. with the difficulty of getting capped this is a bummer.

Maybe the removal of the body stopped the chance of the drop happening??

Similar to bug with elephant graveyard boss.. no body.. no reward.. no completion of quest HOWEVER as its a true quest it can be repeated until its completed.. does not seem to be this way for Blackjaw.

RESOLVED - Reset area from entrance, Removed heralds and Blackjaw dropped core and rewards.
