AMD RX6800

I'm running an AMD RX6800 and seeing very high shader load, very very long load times when logging in as well as some areas like the caravans.

This rig is decently powered and should not be having issues like this. I have no problems with it on Path 1 or other games.

I've tried the usual flipping settings in game with little to no improvements. Ive also tried updating drives and such.
