Hard freeze on loading screens. almost unable to play!

I want to say I love this game. Definitely step up from POE1! Basically, on loading screens, I have a very high chance of hard freeze and when this happens I can't do anything except hard reset by pressing the power. its gets to the point when on 02.01.25 at around 23:50 I tried to play 3 times and 3 times it got me a hard freeze before I even managed to play the game. so atm I don't even feel like to play this game because it's just a shit experience. i hope and wish you the best to fix this issue
