Currency exchange Omen of Resurgence bug

If I have chosen Omen of Corruption in "I have" and I try to change it to Omen of Resurgence it will instead have Omen of Corruption tool tip if I hover over the name of the omen. If I move my mouse a little bit right on the box it lets me click the right omen.
