I recently bought this twice and it's not seeming to work. Any help would be great.

Hey there, are you able to clarify what you mean? If you are having issues with completing the transaction through Xsolla, you can find most common error codes listed here.
If you have successfully purchased a supporter pack and are experiencing issues, please send us an email to support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you. Please also include the transaction ID of your latest purchase on your account. | |

I sent out a message I regards to this matter and and haven't had any movement or responses back. I don't seem to be able to attach the photo of the recent purchase. But it was a Path of exile paladin supporter pack (virtual currency) that is offered for this game on the PSN. I spent 32.09 and the packs don't seem to be working at all.
