Console Specific Witch bugs

1.) Routinely disconnect when I summon a portal while in demon form, especially while in combat.

2.) Demon form cancels all persistent summons. Cannot resummon any persistent minions while in demon form.

3.) Spell Echo support gem correctly applies the -cast speed to Hexblast, but does not echo hexblast (may not be console specific)

Other noticeable bugs.

4.) My hideout’s Atlas of worlds towers do not show radius effect unless I am in a party.

5.) My Atlas of worlds has 3 small sections (so far) that are unreachable. They do not have any connected nodes and are only connected to one another. These clumps of nodes are always 3-6 nodes in total.
