No "Currency Exchange" option at any vendor

Hello together,

unfortunately i have the problem that, even though i reached endgame, i cannot use the "currency exchange".
The option does not appear at any vendor.

The screenshot shows Alvas dialog options.
I have already verified my games files and cleared the PoE2-cache folder.
Any helpful advice would be apreciated.

Same here, all quests completed, the only option is to change the hideout

for anybody looking for a solution in the future:
there is not.
currency exchange is only meant to be accessible by the standard league and not from the SSF one.
