You should be able to purchase points through Epic Games. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so that we can look into things with you. Please be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) along with the names of a couple of your characters alongside your inquiry.

May I please know if there is an update to this issue? I reached out to Epic Games, and they said that there is no problem with them regarding buying in-game currency to Path of Exile 2. |
