No support since 1 month now

On Dec 1st. 2024 i wrote my first mail to support for changing my email adress.
On Dec 16th the support asked me if i have asked the provider to restore the old adress. I answered within 10 minutes. Now its again 2 weeks without any answer. I realy want to adress the support respondigtimes as a major problem. Another case is a friend of mine whos account got locked for unkonwn reason and he is waiting for a month for a respond from support. Iknow the support is on limit at the moment but theese times are insane with a huge company like tencent in your back. Its not complaining about bugs or any other irrelevant features.
